A simple single handed day with reasonable winds and the camera running all the time. It does surprise me how much I learnt about all the things I was missing when sailing after watching the videos, these will become more of a part of sailing from now on because there is a lot to be learnt from analysing them with time to criticise, which should help me get better in time.

I’ve also found out how to overlay boat speed and data over the videos which also helps to analyse sailing skills and how to push harder when safe!
